Lifestyle choices might also have a negative impact on our brains after a certain age. In the July 20, 2016 edition of Science Alert, http://www.sciencealert.com/working-full-time-could-be-bad-…, an international team of researchers found that more than a 40-hour work week, or less than 25 hours per week could cause cognitive decline in people over 40-years-old. Each person has a ‘sweet spot’ between 25 and 30 hours where our thinking is at its best!
